### Who we are
This store is operated by Sleepover ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
### Pre-orders
Orders placed before the first batch ships are pre-orders. Your card is charged at the time of order. Your order is refundable in full at any time before it ships, per our refund policy.
We give an estimated ship window in good faith. If it moves, we'll tell you and you can cancel for a full refund. If we can't fulfil your order at all, we refund you in full — that's the limit of what we owe you.
### Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and include no tax; sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. The founding price is honoured for as long as an active subscription remains unbroken. Cancel and restart, and the price in force at that time applies.
We may change prices for future orders. We won't change the price of an order you've already placed.
### Subscriptions
A subscription renews automatically at the interval you chose until you cancel. You can cancel, skip, or change it at any time before the next charge. We'll email you before each renewal.
### Product and health information
Sleepover is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. **These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.**
Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking prescription medication, or managing a health condition, talk to your clinician before using it. Melatonin is regulated differently in some countries; it's your responsibility to know the rules where you live if you ask us to ship there.
Don't drive or operate machinery after taking it.
### Accounts and accuracy
You're responsible for the accuracy of the address and contact details you give us. We're not liable for an order sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
We try to keep product information accurate but don't warrant that everything on the site is error-free. Where a description or price is obviously wrong, we may cancel the affected order and refund you.
### Our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
### Intellectual property
The Sleepover name, packaging design, photography, and site content belong to us. Don't reuse them commercially without written permission.
### Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
