## Refund policy
Sleepover Bedtime Sticks are sold as a pre-order. Your card is charged when you place the order, and your order is refundable in full at any time before it ships.
### Before your box ships
Email us at hello@drinksleepover.com from the address you ordered with, or use the cancel link in your confirmation email. We'll refund the full amount to your original payment method. No reason required, no form to fill in.
Refunds are issued within 2 business days of your request. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show it.
### If we don't run the batch
If the first production run doesn't go ahead, every pre-order is refunded in full automatically. You don't need to contact us.
### After your box ships
Because this is a consumable supplement, we can't accept returns of opened boxes. If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. You don't need to ship anything back.
Unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us first and we'll send a return address. Return shipping is on us if the fault is ours, and on you if you simply changed your mind.
### Subscriptions
You can cancel, skip, or change a subscription at any time before its next charge, from the link in your order confirmation or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund a box that has already shipped.
If a renewal charges you and you haven't yet received the box it paid for, that charge is refundable in full on request.
